We are consultants in the sport industry specialising in strategic planning, organisational development, change management and workforce planning.
We have worked with international, national, state and local sporting organisations as well as conducting major projects for state and national governments.
We are currently working on a range of projects which include:
- providing advisory services to the London 2012 and Sochi 2014 Olympic Volunteer Programs;
- reviewing national participation strategies for Swimming Australia;
- conducting a national review of Integrity in Sport programs and initiatives for the Australian Sports Commission; and
- the completion of ACTive 2020, a ten-year Strategic Plan for sport and active recreation in the ACT.
